Waaree Transpower Advances Renewable Energy Credentials with 17.6 MVA IDT Testing and 120 Nos.+ Orders
Mumbai, August 18, 2026: Waaree Transpower, a subsidiary of Waaree Energies Ltd., has successfully completed the type testing of its 17.6 MVA, five-winding Inverter Duty Transformer (IDT) at the Central Power Research Institute (CPRI), Bhopal, strengthening its technical capabilities and positioning in the rapidly growing renewable energy and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) segments.
